After over a decade of developing and implementing highly successful change management and performance management strategies in the corporate energy industry, I created Strada Innovation as my own business to work with a wide range of leading organisations. Since then I have shared my knowledge and skills designing and delivering programmes across the following key areas: Business Transformation and Change, Performance Management, Coaching Skills Training, Executive Coaching, Coaching for Individual Professionals and Businesses and Life Coaching. Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualified, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) London.
