Paul is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and began his career in a small surveying practice in Sheffield in 1974. Since then Paul has been a Principal Valuer at Rotherham Borough Council and was an equity partner in Merryweathers for approximately 20 years.
Paul's career has concentrated on professional work primarily within South Yorkshire, but has included for the acquisition and disposal of commercial property on a nationwide basis. Professional work undertaken includes valuation, rent reviews, property management, expert witness submissions and rating appeals.
