Our management services include marketing the property as and when required, conducting viewings, taking up references and credit checks, confirming housing status, preparing the lease and inventory schedule of condition, collecting rental payments and maintaining the property on a day to day basis.
When we have been instructed to let a property as a one-off let, the same services apply as above, with the exception of collecting rental payments and maintaining the property. Once we have collected the deposit and first month’s rent and deducted our fees, we hand over the property to the owner, who collects the next rental payments.
The range of commercial properties we deal with include offices, shops, restaurants and warehouse spaces, which are situated throughout the Island. We can also help you to sell or let your commercial property.
