BroadShield Ltd

BroadShield is a UK-based workforce development technology company headquartered in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, established in 2009.

The company delivers digital workforce development solutions to organisations across health and social care, education, secondary healthcare, professional bodies, and health and safety sectors.

Our flagship product, Myrus, is an all-in-one online platform that combines eLearning, competency management, and performance and appraisal management into a single system. It reduces administration for managers, keeps training aligned to the latest industry regulations, and gives instant visibility of staff compliance through RAG (red, amber, green) reporting. Myrus is SCORM-compliant, cloud-hosted, fully customisable, and integrates with third-party HR systems. It holds endorsed status with Skills for Care

We work with businesses of all sizes to help them recruit, train, upskill, and manage their teams more effectively. Beyond the software, we offer unlimited support via phone, chat, or email, hands-on onboarding assistance, and a fully managed service option for organisations that want their entire training plan handled end-to-end.

Our mission is simple: to digitise, elevate, and excel, empowering organisations with the tools they need to develop their people and stay compliant.
