COMPANY CONTRACT POLICY

Consumer organisations are now actively encouraging homeowners to be wary of any builder who is unwilling to enter into a contract. We provide all customers with an FMB approved contract containing a clear definition of the project, in plain English before work starts.

PUBLIC & EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE

BrittonHall Construction Ltd has an active cover of 5 million Public Liability Insurance, and 10 million Employers Liability Insurance, both policies provided by The Federation of Master Builders.

TRADE ORGANISATION MEMBERSHIPS

We’re fully accredited Federation of Master Builders Members since 2013. The FMB badge indicates a construction company of the highest personal and professional integrity. We are also TrustMark approved – a Government-backed initiative to help consumers find reliable, trustworthy builders and specialist tradespeople to carry out all works associated with the RMI (repair, maintenance and improvement) sector.
