If you do not require breakfast you are welcome to book on a 'room only' basis. We are situated a short walk from the beautiful Plymouth Hoe, the traffic free city centre, Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions. The Plymouth University campus is a 10 minute walk. The historic Barbican area with it's abundance of cafйs, restaurants and night life is an attractive 10 minute walk. We are a two minute drive from the Continental Ferry port and are close to both the mainline railway station and the bus station.
