Jan believes in a work life balance and enjoys walking her two dogs on the south downs, writes a blog on vegan cookery, she is very bad at yoga and loves the sea, nature, baking and laughing with friends over very silly jokes.
Jan's interest in massage first started whilst travelling in Asia in the late 80's. On her return to England she studied massage with The London College of Massage, which at that point offered one of the most comprehensive massage courses in England. On completion of the course Jan was asked to stay on and work as a practitioner for the college. At this time she also set up her own private practice in London, working with both private individuals and large international companies, massaging their staff. These included AOL, Radio Times and Redwood Publishing amongst others.
