Rob has spent almost two decades in the UK lending community since graduating from The University of Birmingham in 1992 and has held a range of senior management appointments. A regular media commentator Rob has also won the British Mortgage Award in 2007 and was runner up in 2008 and 2010. He was also crowned Essex Businessman of the Year in 2007. In 2012 Rob was voted Mortgage Personality of the Year at the annual Mortgage Strategy Awards.

An unlikely 'sporting hero' standing at over 2 metres tall, Rob successfully completed the 2006 New York, 2008 Berlin and 2010 London Marathon's for his chosen charity Macmillan Cancer Care raising over £100,000 in the process. Rob is passionate about the UK specialist lending market and has supported the FCA in their MMR consultation and AMI as a regular commentator in their annual market review.
