My name is Sarah and I began the process of setting up Brierley Therapies in 2013 after graduating with a degree from the Northern College of Acupuncture (NCA) York. NCA is a specialist training college that focuses on the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners through practical and academic work.
For the last 15 years I have worked as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist in Microbiology at Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham. I completed my BSc(Hons) and Master degree at Nottingham Trent University.
I have now left QMC to allow me to dedicate my time to acupuncture.
Having worked in Western medicine and Chinese medicine I can gain insight into both sides of a patients care.
My colleague, Anne Etherton and I are joining forces. This will enable us to offer more appointments in Beeston at PhysioDirect. Anne is there Wednesdays and I am there Friday afternoons. Contact us directly for appointments.
