Someone who has entered our opticians and requires help and advice. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to existing and new customers — we will talk through the options with you and be honest about what you need and also what you don’t need. We sell not because we have a target or quota to reach, we sell to you because our glasses, sunglasses, goggles or contact lenses meet your requirements.
