Braintree Shotokan Karate Club

Braintree Shotokan Karate Club teaches all aspects of karate including: kata, self defence, fitness, and competition karate for adults and children of all ages. The club has also been very successful producing some of the best fighters on the competition circuit with many students being selected to fight on the England team, winning British, English, European and World titles. During the lessons, students are taught set sequences, a kata, and some self defence which will be tested in order to achieve the next grade. It is possible to achieve a black within 3 years with regular attendence and hard work.
