Boococks Estate Agents has been operating as an independent estate agent in Halifax for more than 25 years. The agency originated as part of Boococks Solicitors practice which practised in Halifax for over 100 years. The solicitors practices of Boococks and Wilkinson Woodward which operated next to each other in Fountain Street, Halifax for many years and in 2001 merged to form the biggest legal practice and estate agency within Calderdale. The practice now employs nearly 100 people at its Halifax and Huddersfield offices and practices as solicitors under the banner of Wilkinson Woodward and as Boococks for the estate agency.

At Boococks we value our independence and as well as providing all the usual sales and property management services, our staff are uniquely placed to take the advice of solicitors within the practice on all other legal issues which may arise. We are also able to offer all inclusive prices for the sale of a property including legal fees without any hidden costs.
