Bodyworx Physio is a Physiotherapy and Sports injury clinic established in 2006 by Mark Wood and Lindsay Cairns. Both are experienced, highly skilled Chartered Physiotherapists with a combined experience of over 25 years. At Bodyworx Physio we strive to provide a friendly, high quality service using a patient centred approach. We treat all musculoskeletal conditions utilising a variety of evidence based treatments.
Bodyworx Physio was established by Mark Wood and Lindsay Cairns in the spring of 2006 when our Selby clinic was opened. A second clinic was then introduced at Goole Leisure Centre in March 2008. More recently, in 2010 we have branched out to York and Tadcaster. Since established, we have built good links within the community working with GP's, consultants and other Healthcare practitioners. We have also worked with private companies to provide treatment for their employees. At Bodyworx Physio we have had a lot of experience working with sports clubs.
At Selby RUFC we provide matchday cover and a Physiotherapy service for the treatment of injured players. We also provide a service for Selby Cricket Club and the Selby District Football League. If you are involved in a sports club / organisation and would like to discuss receiving your physiotherapy from Bodyworx Physio at a discounted rate, please feel free to contact us. We accept self-referrals as well as those from GP's and Consultants.
