Based in Lancashire, I offer my services to you in the hope that you will find something to help you on your way to peace and happiness. I teach the things that have worked for me, that continue to bring great joy and peace into my life. I run classes, courses and retreats that include yoga, meditation, chanting, reiki and crystal healing.

To provide a range of services within the local community to promote positive thinking and good health through yoga, relaxation, meditation, confidence building, music and reiki, either in isolation or in combination to best suit the needs of the individual or group, to enable people to live a full and happy life.

I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and it has opened many doors for me. Aside from the personal benefits, it has led to me changing my career, meeting amazing people, having some very interesting experiences and developing new courses and approaches to suit all the many, varied and wonderful people I teach. I am forever grateful for the gifts yoga, Reiki & crystals continue to bring into my life and know that they can do the same for you.
