BodyBasics Osteopathy

I was first introduced to Osteopathic treatment nearly 10 years ago, when my lower back 'locked up' and I was left completely unable to move. Those that have had injuries know just how debilitating they can be. You suddenly realise just how much movement comes from the injured area in your day to day activities, and even the smallest of tasks feels like a monstrous effort! This is why getting my patients back to normal, so that they can pick their child up again, get back to work, continue running or going to the gym (and keeping it that way!) is the main focus at BodyBasics Osteopathy.

I follow one of the main osteopathic principles, that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself. Neri graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM). Neri has a passion for exercise and fitness and has developed an interest in the relationship with osteopathic treatment and Pilates.
