Together we embark on a journey to change your physique, your diet and lifestyle choices based around fitness and how you want to look. A fast paced, high intensity group workout.
You will use the latest fitness equipment such as kettlebells, power bags and medicine balls, long with your own bodyweight in a proven functional fat loss system. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.
