We have twenty years experience in the new build and contract market. We are based at an industrial unit in Aylesford, Maidstone, Kent with close links to the motorway network gaining access to areas all over the south. Existing clients of ours include: Westbury Croudace, Persimmons, Cala Homes. On our commercial side we work for the likes of: Faithdean, Waites, ISG Jackson.

With all of the above we enjoy a good and sound working relationship. We have contract accounts with Amtico, Karndean, and Novilon. We also have carpet and wood deals secured for large house builders. We can price flooring on a matrix basis for various house types both for private buyers and housing association works. We have a team of vastly experienced fitters carrying the correct health and safety criteria. We would like to be added to your list of approved contractors for the future and would like the opportunity to tender for any current or future developments.
