Since opening in 1989 Bob & Kate Gutteridge always wanted to ensure the highest of standards to clients and were firm believers that customer satisfaction was the key to succeed, still to this day because of this mind set we are a licenced agent through The National Association of Estate Agents which ensure that at all times we offer high levels of service to all our clients. The company was first founded by husband and wife partnership Bob and Katrina Gutteridge at their present office at Porthill, Newcastle, Staffs in April 1989. The firm became a limited company in June 2004 and over this long period has become well established as one of the leaders in residential estate agency and property lettings and management in the North Staffordshire area and has become part of the local community in the Porthill area and due to its success now offers a vast range of property for sale and to let and a full range of estate agency services throughout the entire Potteries and Newcastle regions.
