We advertise our properties On Zoopla, FindAProperty, NeedAProperty, Primelocation, Google, Yahoo & more. We organise viewings with prospective tenants to show them around the property. We show the prospective tenant around the house, explaining why the property will be suitable for them and emphasize the good points about the property. We ask for references from prospective tenants' previous landlords and colleagues. We also ask for a letter from the prospective tenant's employer as well as a copy of 3 months bank statement to ensure they can afford the rent.

We write to tenants at set intervals - between 7 to 10 days, 14-21 days and at 28 days to remind them that the rent is due and they are in breach of their tenancy, which may result in Boateng Homes taking legal action against the tenants on behalf of the landlord. We also telephone tenants when they fall into arrears, before sending out letters.
