I have extensive training and many years of experience working on a one-to-one basis with people seeking help for problems such as low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, and all types of painful feelings. As well as working as a therapist, I am a committee member of the Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists in North London (ACPNL). My aim is to provide you with a space where you can explore your worries without feeling pressured or judged, to help you understand and resolve the issues that are affecting your life.

At the same time, I will help you make a start on the path to personal development and a better understanding of yourself. I get great job satisfaction from seeing clients reach a point where they feel ready to move on with their lives, without the worries or concerns that brought them into therapy. After an initial appointment in Enfield, there is no obligation to continue if you do not wish to.
