BIT Solutions provides IT Services for more than 3 years in the Colchester area. Most of our services are provided on a Door-to-Door basis, we do take laptops/desktops away for up to 5 working days, but we always leave you with a proof receipt from our company as a guarantee your computer will come back to you safe and as fast as possible (usually in 2 to 3 working days for most repairs).

We offer 6 months free support if anything goes wrong we will help and repair for free, so in this time you can easily test if your equipment has been repaired properly to the highest standards. This does not include windows reinstallation service.

If you decide not to go ahead with a repair during service, we will never charge you anything more than a nominal fee for diagnostic/transport expenses of £20. Also for this charge you will be provided with a diagnose for your computer's fault, and delivery back to you.
