Birdwell Insulation was established in 1993 by our existing Managing Director, Mr Ian Travis, who had several years experience in the Insulation field. He was shortly joined two years later by our Contracts Director Mr Dennis Thorpe, who was brought in to service existing and secure new contracts. We have always prided ourselves on a high standard of workmanship right across the insulation field, we only employ our regular well trained staff to undertake any of our contracts.

The work we undertake includes the insulation of Ducting, Cold Water services, Steam Pipes, Vessels, Air Conditioning, Plant, Drainage Pipe work, Cooling Modules, HandV Work, Storage Tanks, Lofts and many other applications all with different materials and claddings; Fibre Glass, Nitrile Rubber, Isogenopak and Ventureclad to name but a few.
