That is why we always make sure that the food we create if super high quality, made out of fresh, clean and local ingredients and delivered with an outstanding style. We like our food simple, but delicious and our business gravitates around this philosophy too. We specialize in Hog and Spit Roasts, BBQ, Rotisserie, traditional outdoor cooking and promise a mouth-watering and fresh food with a touch of our special sauces and secret ingredients.

We are an event catering company, based in North East England (Newcastle), specialising in Hog and Spit Roasts; BBQ's; Rotisserie; and Traditional Outdoor cooking. In a nutshell we like to do delicious food, simply cooked. Mouth-watering meat, fish, or vegetables cooked with a touch of theatre and a generous helping of delicious sauce. Whether it's for your wedding, garden party, open day, or event we'd be happy to discuss how we can add a little flair and a lot of good food.

We use the best quality local ingredients, sourced from local suppliers - where ever possible direct from the producer themselves - and we make our own sauces and accompaniments so we know exactly what goes in them. We call it Rustic Catering because we don't do fine cuisine (although we do have a partner who does!), we don't do silver-service, but we also don't do catering you'd be ashamed of.
