Big Dish Catering

Specialising in large scale paella cooking but also having a full range of other options. We provide indoor catering, outdoor catering or even catering in the middle of a field. We set up our mobile kitchen and supply everything from the food to the cutlery and crockery, lighting, gas supplies. Basically we are totally self sufficient. All of our dishes are made with the finest, authentic ingredients, have been tried, tested and are all mouth-wateringly tasty.

We cater for a minimum of 30 and can cater for up to 300 in one serving, but can keep an on-going rolling service for larger numbers.As formal or informal as you like, we have our own top quality, high class cutlery and crockery for your special days and we can supply a whole selection of disposables for less formal functions.Whatever your function Big Dish Catering is here to provide you with an efficient, friendly service that works with our host to make sure that your function runs smoothly.If you have any ideas for dishes that may better suit your occasion please feel free to run it by us and we’ll do our best to create the right meal for you.We are pretty flexible and adaptable and can certainly put together a feast for any occasion, whatever the logistics!
