We undertake Building Surveys (formerly known as Structural Surveys) and Home Buyer reports (also referred to as Homebuyer survey reports). We also undertake valuations on behalf of all the major lenders and offer this service to buyers who do not need a mortgage. Party Wall advice is offered both pre-sale and to existing home owners.

We undertake Pre-Acquisition surveys or Condition Surveys for annexation to a new lease and commentary on the lease plan. We also offer Contract Administration where refurbishment of Commercial Premises is required prior to occupancy and Dilapidations advice and schedules.
