We offer complete building design packages and project management services to Home owners and Self builders through to Commercial and Domestic Property Developers covering the North West of England and beyond. We are as happy to deal with private individuals as we are with large multi regional construction organisations. Being a practice registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists we are able to offer all of the advantages of a traditional RIBA Architects Practice and operate to the same codes of conduct. BPD Architecture (Formerly Betterplan Design Limited) was incorporated in 2007 and has completed in excess of 800 projects to date ranging from Grade 2 listed Farmhouse conversions within the Lake District National Park to 100 unit apartment conversions in listed Industrial Mill buildings. With over 20 years post qualification experience, Michael himself has worked directly for a number of large, well known North West based housebuilders including the likes of Alfred McAlpine, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway Homes and Elite Homes. Other contributing associates have worked for leading North West Architectural practices previously.
