Beth Lloyd Massage

From a young age, Sport and Exercise has been an integral and essential part of my life. I have personal experience of the competitive world of Sports competition and for enjoyment. I have participated in a wide variety of sports. My journey into the world of massage started after an injury at a young age ignited an interest in sports injury management and the benefits of deep tissue massage. A degree in Sports and Exercise Science from York St John followed. A desire to be hands on led to an in-depth diploma in Sports Massage Therapy with SPS Ltd. Due to an understanding that some people were missing out on the benefits of massage, by not classing themselves as ‘sporty’, I branched out in to NO HANDS Massage to reach a wider population with the benefits of touch. Now being a mother of two very active children exercise and health take on many different forms. I now split my time between family and my business. Working from home has allowed me to create the right balance, whilst also allowing enough time for the whole family to benefit.
