I set up Bespoke Money in 2008 with the goal of continually exceeding client expectations in providing friendly and professional mortgage advice. I am qualified to provide mortgage advice through obtaining the Financial Planning Certificate and also the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice with the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. We are not tied to any particular lender and are a member of one of the UK’s largest networks which means we have access to a comprehensive range of mortgages from across the market including some exclusive products from various lenders. We can also take advantage of market leading technology which is updated on a daily basis. This is pretty important at present as over the past few years the mortgage industry has gone through dramatic changes. Lenders are continuously changing their lending criteria and at times funding can be limited. We work with first time buyers, people looking to move home, clients looking to refinance or just simply looking for a better deal. We will work whatever way suits you best. Geographically, we cover the East Coast of Scotland. We will meet you at a time and place that is convenient for you. We find most clients want us to meet them at their home. If you need to move quickly on a property or require to remortgage fast we can normally get a mortgage agreed in principle for you the same day. Our philosophy is not just to provide a one-off mortgage advice solution, but to assist you throughout the term of your mortgage.
