ARLA demands high standards from their members but most probably the most significant aspect as far as clients are concerned is that as part of our ARLA membership we are fidelity bonded - in simple language that means that if were we ever to encounter financial problems, your money and that of all of our Landlords and Tenants, is safe. In addition we are members of The Dispute Service, an organisation authorised by the Government to protect tenants' deposits, and to provide an independent dispute resolution service.
