Benita Yoga

As our lessons progressed I increasing enjoyed both the physical and mental benefits that yoga gave me and decided I wanted to learn more. I therefore studied Vinyasa yoga with Debbie Avani at Yoga Ananda in Reigate and qualified as an RYT200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. Since graduating from my teacher training I have continued to develop my knowledge and understanding by completing a number of other courses. These include. I teach private lessons and small classes in Winchester, Romsey and the surrounding areas. I endeavour to create a caring and supportive environment, in which I can share my knowledge in a friendly and enjoyable way. My aim is to help you to learn practices that will improve your overall health and wellbeing. As of December 2016 I am now an Associate Level 2 teacher.
