Benburys have hit the ground running with a large portfolio of 102 properties in one of the City's most challenging tower blocks. Within a few months of taking over we have created a sound structure for the management of the block, increased revenue and tenancy sustainability.
Tracy started working in housing over 14 years ago. Her career began taking calls in a housing association call centre, handling calls including, dealing with repairs, maintenance, contractors and tenancy issues. Tracy quickly rose up the ranks to become Call Centre Team Leader before progressing to the position of Allocations Manager.
