Belmont Physiotherapy

Belmont Physiotherapy is run by Elaine Sawyerr a Chartered Physiotherapist and a registered member of the Health Professions Council. Elaine graduated from Kings College London in 1997 and has worked exclusively as a Musculoskeletal Specialist for the last 13 years in the NHS and Privately. Her extensive experience working at Sports and Spinal Clinics in London, have given her a particular interest in treating sports injuries and spinal pain. To facilitate early, lasting recovery from pain and injury, Elaine places a strong emphasis on manual therapy (hands on treatment) alongside exercise prescription and rehabilitation. She also offers acupuncture as an adjunct to treatment when appropriate. Elaine maintains her strong commitment to effective and evidence based treatments through regular peer reviews and attendance of post-graduate courses.
