The more I can understand about what makes you you - your habits, thoughts, feelings and moods, preferences and dislikes, and so on - the more precisely I can prescribe the remedies that are most appropriate to you. So we'll really take our time.The word holistic means 'whole'. These forms of therapies deal with you as a whole person, encompassing all that you are, and each session is tailor-made for you as an individual. Unlike many other therapies, it is not just looking to treat the symptoms, but to establish the cause, whether it be internal or external, and start to deal with that too. The aim is to rebalance the body so that it achieves a state of natural harmony.
