Including weight loss, stress management, addictive behaviour, relationships, parenting etc. Many of you will be aware of the great "nature, nurture" debate, from the nature or biological perspective we are a product of our genetic make up, or chromosomes which are made from the central dogma of all life: DNA. It is true this biological developmental through the process of gene expression will shape most of our physiology, but it cannot explain how we develop into mature complex emotional, human beings. To understand the full picture we must understand how we are nurtured and influenced by our environment, where everything we interact with in the world influences who we are as individuals.
