The Bedford Estates is a long term property owner and investor. We have been responsible for the development and subsequent management of much of Bloomsbury for over three centuries. As the largest private landowner in Bloomsbury, we continue to be deeply committed to the area and its future. Through a continuing programme of careful maintenance and refurbishment, the Estates' historic buildings in Bloomsbury are being preserved and adapted for modern day usage. In tandem with The London Borough of Camden, English Heritage and other stakeholders, we continue to work for the improvement of the local environment to enhance its many attractions as a place to live, work and visit. The Estates' properties are managed from The Bedford Office in Montague Street.
