I graduated from the College of Chinese Medicine in Reading in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) awarded by Kingston University, and I have been in practice continually since. I am registered with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and am fully insured. I am bound by strict codes of Ethics and Practice. I am committed to Continuing Professional Development on a regular basis. I practise Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Elements acupuncture. Both approaches help to restore and preserve health by using acupuncture points spread along the meridians of the body.

During the first session, I use a number of different diagnostic methods to obtain a complete picture of your health and lifestyle, including taking a full medical history, feeling your pulses, and looking at your tongue. A personal treatment plan based on this information is then put together. The frequency and number of sessions depend on your individual condition: some change is usually felt within five or six treatments.
