Yes, BEANS offers a nice selection of great coffees and teas, and we make all of our soups, salads, sandwiches, quiches and cakes on the premises. However, we are quickly becoming known for our art classes and special events. We also display and sell a growing collection of jewellery, prints, cards, stained glass, paintings, collage & stitchery works, ceramics, and fused glass created by talented local artists.
Sit and drink a coffee (or tea, or espresso, or latte, or cappuccino, or hot orange chocolate, or.) and have a bite to eat, check out the work of local artists and craftspeople, experience a themed evening or a cookery day, listen to some music, have a birthday party, and create your own masterpieces.
Sunday is reserved for art classes, but we might open on non-art class Sundays after we get going. It's a bit of a wait and see. After we find out when people visit and what works best, our opening and closing times may change. But, we'll let you know.
We're just off Junction 29a of the M1 in Bolsover and down the hill from Bolsover Castle. There are 4 car parks, with free parking, all within easy walking distance of our shop.
