BAS Cleanroom Commissioning

HVAC systems are the lifeblood of any clean room, crucial to the operation and production of any pharmaceutical company. Products and processes that benefit from the control of airborne contamination include those in such industries as aerospace, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare, and food. We offer a vital maintenance service to such facilities which includes Air Handling Unit filters, AHU or terminal HEPA filters, AHU cleaning and sterilization, as well as other aspects covering all parts of HVAC systems.

Our comprehensive clean room validation report describes in detail the raw data acquired from our test results and measurements taken on site. Our reports clearly identify whether or not a room or device meets the relevant standard. The cleanroom validation reports also include plan drawings of all the areas surveyed, showing HEPA Filter locations, airborne particle count positions, differential pressures, recovery rate locations and other information appropriate to the validation. Copies of calibration certificates are also included in all reports.

We provide a complete commissioning service, from initial design and surveys through to pre- commissioning, system balancing and final certification. Following project handover we can also accommodate seasonal revisits and the re-commissioning of ccupied buildings helping to ensure sustained optimum system performance. BAS have carried out work on numerous and varied commissioning projects, from simple ventilation systems to full BMS controlled V.A.V. systems.

To enable success in these projects, BAS offer a bespoke commissioning package. All projects are carried out by an extremely experienced team of technicians. We aim to identify and rectify problems and issues as early as possible, so commissioning work is completed within the agreed timeframe. This reduces running the risk of unnecessary delays during the final phases of a contract and avoiding disruption during the handover transition.
