Barnfield Commercial is a specialist commercial property practice based in Exeter, concentrating on the acquisition and sale of commercial investment property and development sites across the South West region. All related professional work including rent reviews and lease renewals is also undertaken and our associated company Turner Locker Barnfield provides a full commercial property management service.

Barnfield Commercial was formed in 1994 by David Moxom BSc (Hons) MRICS ACIArb, previously a director of Pepper Fox and Vauxhall Estates. Since then the practice has grown steadily and advice is now given to a wide variety of clients including individuals, pension funds and property companies based both in the South West and across the rest of the country. Turner Locker Barnfield was formed in 2005 with co-director Mark Turner and now provides commercial property management services to a wide range of private and property company clients.
