Bardle Helen

While I deal mainly with accounts and tax issues, I see my role as a general business adviser and can often make recommendations on matters beyond finance. If I can’t help I will know someone who can. In 1986 I graduated from Exeter University and I joined the Bristol office of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells as a trainee chartered accountant. I qualified in 1990 and joined a group of colleagues in a smaller firm - Hollingdales - which specialised in owner-managed businesses and charities. I joined the British Red Cross Society in 1997 as the South West Regional Finance Manager where I gained significant general management experience. In 2002 I established my business, Helen Bardle Chartered Accountant, and in 2008 the expansion of the practice necessitated a move to new premises in Cheddar. I have a wide variety of clients, but I specialise in dealing with small businesses because I believe that is where I can deliver most value.
