Balmoral Flat Roofing was established in 1990 by Shane Crossland, who now has 32 years’ experience in the industry. When the business started, Shane only had a labourer and worked from home. Shane always specialised in flat roofing. Over time the business grew from strength to strength and therefore needed more qualified roofers to cope with the rapid demand. In 2004, due to the rapid growth of the business, the company relocated to Coxmoor Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, where they remain today, occupying a fully equipped unit of over 300 sq. m.
Peter Gibson joined the company in 2005, from his own very successful firm, SBG Felt Roofing. Peter has over 42 years of industry experience, and his main role lies in IT, management and the day to day running of the business. Since Peter has joined the company, the business has seen a huge modernisation programme, making us the largest flat roofing company within the area.
The vision of the company is simple; we offer both domestic and commercial customers the same level of service at the most cost-effective price.â€
