Balham Counselling & Psychotherapy

I am currently working as an independent therapist, for Croydon Council as a School Counsellor and also in the city for a large corporate establishment. I have extensive experience having worked for Youth agencies with Young people from the age of 11 years old to working with Adults in my previous private Practice - Naseby Counselling practice that was based in Northamptonshire and my current one here in Balham. I have also had experience of working with Employee Assistance programmes and for Health care providers.

I am fully qualified being trained in the Person Centered and Humanistic Models of counselling, this means that I work with the Client using the 3 core conditions of Empathy, Congruence and Unconditional Positive regard to support that person to affect change within their lives to enable them to reach their fullest potentials. I also have recently received the Profesional Qualification in the therapeutic use of Mindfulness.
