Christopher Bailey is a Chartered Accountant with many years experience of running his own businesses. He has worked in businesses of all sizes and types; from small local businesses to large publicly owned businesses; with turnovers up to £85m. His successes include being one of the partners in a multi office accountancy practice that was floated on the Stock Market at the turn of this century. He has also worked internationally and has vast experience in the world of property.

Chris has been involved in the formulation of capital allowance claims for approximately 10 years. He has submitted claims (on behalf of clients) in many industries including Hotels, Offices, Nursing Homes, Business Parks, Foreign Villas and Holiday Homes, Nightclubs and Public Houses, Fitness Gyms, Warehouses, Garages, Doctors/Dental/Veterinary Surgeries, Homes of Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
