Many patients are worried and distressed by their symptoms. GPs are busy professionals who often struggle to find the time needed to listen and fully answer those questions that are important to you. For more than 30 years we've welcomed patients ranging from two to ninety two years old, with patients coming to see us with a broad range of symptoms. Our patient surveys tell us that patients like the way they're welcomed as friends to the practice, respected for who they are, have their diagnosis and treatment explained clearly, are involved in the process of getting well and encouraged to take positive steps to stay well.
