I am a qualified and experienced practitioner and teacher of baby and Infant massage and other holistic therapies in the Enfield area of North London. Baby massage enhances natural bonding and can help with colic and other digestive problems. It is calming and relaxing for both mother and baby and learning in a group is a great way of meeting other new parents. I also offer Pregnancy Massage and post-natal aromatherapy and give labour lessons to birth partners.
I am based in Enfield, North London and can offer one-to-one baby massage and holistic treatments as well as baby massage in small groups. As an Active Birth Centre accredited Baby and Infant Massage teacher I have been teaching for over fifteen years. I am an ITEC qualified massage practitioner and aromatherapist and offer holistic massage therapies including pregnancy massage (training done with midwife Linda Kimber), Therapeutic Massage and Reiki.
As the Parent Support Co-ordinator of the Enfield branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) I run a Bumps and Babies Group for expectant and new parents.
