We own and manage properties in North London and also have a number of properties in other parts of Greater London. Our business started in 1980 and we have been able to provide continuity to our clients for over 30 years. Recently we have expanded our business in Spain, Pakistan and the USA. We welcome enquiries from potential clients by email or telephone.
We rent out flats and houses to students from academic institutions all over London included among these are Imperial College, University College and London Metropolitan University. Students are able to come to us at the beginning of the calendar year to book accommodation for the start of the academic year in September. We charge no fees to students and the accommodation can be booked by paying a deposit equivalent to one month's rent. This deposit is refunded after the satisfactory completion of the tenancy.
