Axworthy Property Lettings are and experienced property letting and management company, established in 1988. We have fully staffed high street premises in Tiverton. The new Tenant Deposit Protection Scheme became law in England on 6th April 2007. All deposits are protected by the following scheme: The Deposit Protection Scheme (The DPS). We have modern IT systems in place to help us deal with the management of our clients' properties. Most importantly we have an experienced and motivated team who are highly skilled in the management of residential properties of all kinds.

Janet Taverner is the managing director of Axworthy Property Lettings Ltd and has worked in the company since October 1998. Janet has had many years experience in both the property market and private sector sales and has improved both the business and client care of the Company year on year. Sally Powell is our full time administration and lettings manager and has worked for the company since October 2001.
