We have worked hard to build long lasting, solid relationships with our clients both new and old in both the private and corporate sectors and are proud of our track record. Vikram Sandhu started the business from his front room after managing his father’s property portfolio in his formative years. He soon realised that this valuable knowledge and experience could be put to good use in the commercial marketplace and so after a brief spell working for an estate agency, he set about opening what was to become a very successful business venture — Avon Property. He soon decided to open his Lee office shortly thereafter. And we are still here today. He cherry picked his team very carefully, instilling on them from day one his vision of customer care and quality service, and this has paid dividends with a great number of his clients remaining loyal to Avon to this day.
