Today, the Principal of Avery Cole is Christopher Watts, a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and with 30 years experience, carries on the Company tradition with local knowledge built in Surbiton since 1991. What has changed at Avery Cole is that the focus of professionalism and experience (and that friendly welcome) has now shifted more to lettings & Property Management.
