He was a valuer for Birmingham Midshires and then with Colleys before joining Avery & Co. Fred is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years experience in the survey and valuation of residential property throughout Merseyside and Wirral and specialises in the valuation of Liverpool City Centre apartments.
He was a valuer for Halifax before moving to Colleys and then joining Avery & Co. Duncan is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who undertakes surveys and valuations throughout Liverpool, Wirral and Cheshire and North Wales.
